1. Acknowledgement of User-Directed Automation

You hereby acknowledge and agree that applybot.ai is a neutral automation tool that operates solely and exclusively under your control and direction. The service does not select, vet, endorse, or recommend job opportunities. You are the sole operator, and the service acts as your agent to submit applications to opportunities you have configured it to target.

2. Absolute Assumption of Risk and Responsibility

You understand and explicitly agree that the full and final responsibility for all outcomes of your use of this service rests entirely with you. This responsibility is absolute, unequivocal, and extends to all jobs to which applications are submitted on your behalf, in this life and any hereafter.

You are solely responsible for configuring your search parameters and filters to avoid applications to any and all positions you may deem unsuitable, including but not limited to those that are:

• Ethically or Morally Objectionable: Any position that conflicts with your personal, ethical, or moral code.
• Religiously Prohibited: Any position that is considered impermissible or otherwise conflicts with your religious or spiritual beliefs. You acknowledge that applybot.ai has no capability or responsibility to filter opportunities based on any religious doctrine, and this duty is yours alone.
• Unsafe or Hazardous: Any position with working conditions that could pose a risk to your physical, mental, or emotional well-being.
• Fraudulent or Deceptive: Any posting that is a scam, a phishing attempt, fraudulent, or otherwise illegitimate. You are solely responsible for conducting due diligence on potential employers.
• Unlawful or Illicit: Any position that involves or promotes illegal activities.

3. Express Disclaimer of Vetting and Warranty

applybot.ai expressly disclaims any and all responsibility for the screening, vetting, or validation of any job, employer, or job listing. All job opportunities are provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantee as to the legitimacy, safety, morality, legality, or suitability of any job opportunity to which our service may submit an application on your behalf.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yusraware LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service to apply for jobs that you, or a third party, subsequently deem to be unethical, immoral, Haram, unsafe, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
